Research on different appetizers
Hy,
For the first time I thought to write down something which is relevant to my proffessional experience, though I wrote my first blog in december 2009 Under the heading of 'The lost Jyoti' in my The Magic Mantra blogpost. And their had been quite a few blogs I wrote on different topics san food.
Very recently I've been asked by my boss to do research on some appetizers or starters like Nachos, Burritos, Panini etce. as well as on coffee N on different types of teas.Though All the words used above are quite familiar to me and I often came across these words in practicality but I never dvelved myself in finding the history or USPs or market propositions related to these words.
Anyways I banged my forehead on my palm and banged my mind to google these things on PC. I browsed through different websites mugged my brain in almost all possible ways but after all this mugging I found most of the material exactly I wanted. Though on wikipedia the history n recipes of these food items r given but ? about the consumption or production scenario in the market.
In my next blog I'll write about my findings as well as some recipes of my own as I made this blog just for the purpose of menu development n food related things AS 'I Make Food Storie'.
